The experience of being a client of Mike's for the last few years has been filled with gratitude and joy. He is a TRUE professional who is able to deliver consistent results. He has provided me with a wonderful cut and the exact color I have always dreamed of. He has also fixed a bad eyebrow job with excellent results. He always explains exactly what is going to happen and what to expect in the future with his tattoos. He is a true artist. Your beauty is in the best hands with Mike. Irma is just a bundly of joy also. Thanks Mike and weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

When I first went to Mike, I had long hair that was drab. Mike took off several inches, styled it, and it took years off my looks. Fast forward to just six months later, nearly 50% of my hair fell out. My luscious, thick hair was now abraded, limp, dull, and sporting more noticeable gray hair (I assume because there was less brown hair to camouflage it.) Anyway, Mike was VERY . . . so many things: compassionate, direct, helpful to name a few. I honestly felt like he genuinely cared for the health of my hair. With this being my first experience with hair loss, I was devastated. I felt hope that Mike would do/suggest everything he could to begin restoring my self-confidence. Now, after a few more months, my hair is growing back. This is exciting because I resorted to wearing wigs because I was unsure how much would continue to fall ... I've encountered. In the past I've always had trouble getting a good haircut that I'm happy with. I've been to Mike's The Art of Hair three times now and haven't been disappointed. The first time around, Mike took what I was looking for in a haircut and then offered advice on what would actually work with my hair. It felt like he actually took the shape of my face and how my hair grows into consideration rather than just following some standard template. The haircuts look great afterwards and grow out very well. I've recommended family and friends who have been very pleased with their haircuts there as well. I would recommend The Art of Hair to anyone looking for a great haircut, man or woman, in the area.

Mike is absolutely the best hairdresser in town. I get compliments on my hair all the time, and I've been going to him for 14 years. Definitely a customer for life.

Mike is a fantastic colorist and hair cutter. He does a great consultation if there's a style you want and he can tell you that it'll be great, or if it doesn't work with your hair he doesn't lie to you either. I appreciate honesty!
